Why Choose Unmounted Stamps

My husband and I started rubber stamping, about two years ago. Actualy it was my husband that was looking for a way to decorate wood furniture that he was making, using rubber stamps. We stopped into a stamp store to see if they had any advise on how to do it. And that was the begining of many fun filled hours.

After about a year of buying and of course using stamps, we had another problem. The problem of where and how to store all of the stamps and supplies we hand accumulated.

Our sanity was saved by a friend who introduced us to "Unmounted Stamps"

Unmounted stamps are much easier to use. Due to the mounting system, clear acrylic blocks, you are able to see the position you image will be stamped in on your project.

The stamps are mounted to a static cling backing rubber. This material clings very securely to the clear acrylic block. An exciting part of the unmounted stamps is that they can be store in a CD jewel case. What does this mean to you?

Less than half the storage space of wood mounted stamps. Because you have eliminated the wood mounting block, and guess what, the unmounted rubber stamp is half the price of wood mounted stamps.

We have now unmounted most all of the stamps that we accumulated during the first year of our great adventure.
